Red Flags helps you reflect on dating and relationship situations. It provides signals, not diagnoses, for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not professional advice (medical, psychological, legal), not a background-check, safety, or identity-verification service, and its outputs are not statements of fact about any real person. Use your own judgment; do not rely on the App for decisions affecting your safety, finances, or legal rights.

Ruby+ is an auto-renewing subscription sold via the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in-app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple per its policies. Any free-trial period converts to paid unless cancelled before it ends.
The App, Ruby, the "Situations Library," and all related content are owned by Plutorock and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. Your own submitted content remains yours.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUT MAY BE WRONG OR INCOMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Plutorock WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the App anytime and delete your data in-app. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
